My name Simo, I live in London with my wife and my 3 small and beautiful children.
We are fortunate enough to own a lovely flat in a beautiful building and stunning area in Paris, a city we fell in love many years ago and still.
The flat is available to rent for professionals to enjoy and look after!

Carlota R. décembre 2025 Montparnasse - Beau et lumineux T3 L’appartement est conforme à la vidéo et photos. Le quartier est calme, non touristique, avec de nombreux restaurants et commerces. Le chauffage est plus cher que ce qu’on m’avait dit : environ 100 €/mois en été et 200 €/mois en hiver (sans en abuser). Le contrat stipulait 150 € pour le ménage, ce qui me semble abusif étant donné qu’il s’agit d’un petit appartement et que le ménage est facturé environ 25 €/heure. l’appartement n’était pas suffisamment propre à mon arrivée.

The apartment was very cute and perfect for our needs. With the location you have a rather calm and less touristic stay in Paris in a cute district and the connection is great! The landlord was very nice and communicative. We would definitely stay there again! :)
