This prominent 2 bedroom apartment is situated in a beautiful building on the emblematic Promenade des Anglais.

Bright, comfortable and fully equipped. Ideal for 4 adults or for families of 4, but can host an additional child if needed (5 max. Please request before booking).

All mod cons included: Internet/wifi, TV, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, washing machine, etc… (please note: Air conditioning is not included but the bedrooms are both equipped with ceiling fans).

The apartment has been completely refurbished, with a modern and airy décor accompanied by some vibrant colours throughout the living space. It’s both relaxed and inviting and will make you feel at ease immediately.

The lounge has plenty of room and some great sofas to relax, watch TV or read a book. The adjacent balcony (with chairs & table) is perfect if you want to eat outside, enjoy the seaview or simply work on your tan.

Each bedroom has its own unique style, with plenty of storage space for your belongings.
The main bathroom is spacious with a large bathtub and Italian shower. There’s also a separate toilet in the main hall.

The kitchen has everything you need to prepare a full meal or a simple snack, and will include basics for your meals: olive oil, salt & pepper, and other spices.
The dining area is great for any kind of social gatherings with a large table that can sit up to 6 people comfortably.

Quartier

The promenade and beach are right on your doorstep (across the street),
There’s many shops nearby (bakery, 2 local supermarkets, bike rentals, and many others), and a 5 min walk will get you to the pedestrian street with even more shops, restaurants and bars on offer.

It’s easy to get around by bus-tram-bike, but if you’d rather discover Nice by foot or have a stroll down the promenade, a short walk will get you to place Massena, the old town and most of the main tourist sites in Nice.

Bus stop (Magnan / Promenade) is direct opposite to the apartment and will get you to most places fairly easily. There’s also a bike station (Velo bleu) right next to the bus stop.

Tram line T2 departs from terminal 1 & 2 and will get you to tram stop (Magnan) in just under 20 mins. From there’s it’s only a 1 min walk to the apartment.
